I agree with what you said about pay sites needing to show track records and having refund policies. These are definitely important to me. However, giving me reasons or information on how they come to their prediction is not really relevant in my opinion. Anyone can say like take "villa" because "blah blah blah" but in the end talk so much rubbish still lose. If I sign up for a pay site, whats important to me is that their tips can help me make money! Ultimately it all comes down to whether their tips can help you win or not.
