FA Cup 7th Jan
Good Evening All,
I have had a bit more time to digest the fixtures for tomorrowÂ’s 3rd round FA cup programme. The biggest problem is the potential for form to completely fly out the window and shock results to appear across the board. That said and, for whatÂ’s its worth, here are my thoughts:
Arsenal are 1/8 and I canÂ’t see them losing, but 2.3-2.5 on the supremacy represents a decent sell (you only lose at 3 or more goal lead). Henry wonÂ’t be playing and Cardiff will be well up for the scrap.
Portsmouth look a decent price at 6/5 against Ipswich. The Harry revival is not dead yet and losing to Blackburn last week was not necessarily as big a disaster as some have suggested. Ipswich are in terrible shape at the moment and should be easy fodder for Pompey.
Wigan look vulnerable to a Leeds team that have scored 9 in their last 4 games (which they also won). 7/2 looks like a cracking price.
It should be a roaring dayÂ’s football whatever the results.
Good luck and lets hope the shocks go our way!
Cheers
