Lillestrøm is finding their gold-form again after a run of bad results. They have now 2 strong results; 2-0 at home against Brann and 2-1 away against Viking. There is no squad problems, except 1 reserve being out for the season.

Fredrikstad in desperate need of points, but doesn't manage to get them when they have their chances. Last round they only managed 2-2 at home against Ham-Kam who got reduced to 10 men early in the game. Before that they lost 1-3 in Bergen against Brann. Striker Brian West is their only missing, but then again he is the most important striker they have. A regular central defender returns from suspension and 1st choice goalie Shabaan returns from injury. The reasons why Fredrikstad is a bottom team are the fact that they lack a real goalgetter upfront, their defence is crap, they are terrible away from home and their play vary from great to horrible in each match.

There is no way Fredrikstad can get something here. Lillestrøm is a class above them. Strikers like Occean and Mifsud will tear the Fredrikstad "defence" apart.
