Woking VS Aldershot Town
Woking are in fine form at the moment, with some impressive results - draws against the likes of Daggenham and Burton - form sides in the league and wins against Northwitch, Rushden and Altrincham. They've lost 2 of their last 10 games. They take on an Aldershot side beset by injuries. Darren Barnard, Ryan Scott, Rhys Day, Mark Pritchard and Mark Molesley all out. Barnard and Scott are both important players, and virtually all of those players play frequently. Woking are missing Gary MacDonald, who is an important defender, but they should be able to cope without him. Woking enter the game better prepared, against a side that is without a win in 4 - against sides that you would expect it to beat. Aldershot don't enter this game in prime condition.
There are two main concerns that have me suggesting this at slightly below average stakes. Firstly, Woking are without a win in the previous 6 meetings between the two sides, and this is an odd statistic when you consider the fact that they are about equal in squad strength. Secondly, Aldershot have Marcus Gayle, who carries a level of experience uncommon in this league. With MacDonald missing, Gayle must be a big threat.
Yet, the fact that Woking have a pair of golascorers this season and given their recent form, and Aldershot's injury woes, the price here is very attractive.
