2003 S League Champions vs 2002 S League Champion

2003 S League Champions vs 2002 S League Champion, Home United vs SAFFC. Both teams won their respective encounter at their home grd with home united winning 2-1 and SAF holding on to a 1-0 win despite playing the last 25min with 10 men.

In Peres, egmar and indra, home united has 3 players who lead the goalscoring chart in the league with a combined total of abt 70 goals! It would take a brave man to bet against them scoring and incidentally, the last time home united failed to score a goal was in the 1-0 loss to SAFFC!!

SAF r really a pathetic outfit this season! Even with the purchase of the ex sembawang midfielder, they dun seem to have the punch upfront, how good can he be when even sembawang terminated his services?? One thing to note was he scored the rangers only goal when sembawang lost 3-1 at bishan earlier this year. Mirko was disappointing as usual in his last outing and i guess it wun be long before fandi and co decides to bench him! One plus pt for SAF was the performance of their newly aquirred thai striker, this guy is the man, my fav team shld pay attention to if they r going to get another ROUITNE 3 pts!

No doubts who i will be taking!

Home United to WIN and GIVE BALL!!
